About the Report

The State Treasurer issues the Annual Report to the Legislature to assist during the appropriations process for the State Treasurer's operating budget and debt management. This report provides an overview of the State's financial condition in the areas of debt, investments and cash management, as well as matters within the purview of the State Treasurer.
