Non-Medicare-Eligible Retirees and Dependents
Who does it effect: Any Retiree or Dependent who is not yet eligible for Medicare as of January 1, 2025
The average premium increase for the plans offered by VSTRS is as follows:
- Comprehensive Plan: 3.3%
- JY Plan: 3.2%
- Vermont Health Partnership (VHP): 3.3%
All VSTRS non-Medicare premium rates for 2025 can be found HERE. In order to make a change please send in the appropriate form by November 15, 2024 for changes effective January 1, 2025. If you miss the deadline, and still wish to make a change before the new year, you may still make a change, however you may not receive your new plan information before the end of the year.
